Our decision to purchase a new car came about rather abruptly, and my husband and I were not even sure what we wanted, just that it was a wagon. Our impressions were confirmed when we initiated our contact with Avrom Seville, the sales manager, and incredibly, were raised when he introduced us to Elmer Guerra, who became our salesman, expert in all things Outback, and was also incredibly patient with our incessant questions. We don’t often buy a new car, and with luck, keep each one for an average of 10 years. This was a big deal to us, and Elmer was indulgent and patient throughout the process. He knows his Subarus, and guided us with care and patience through the process. He truly made us feel we’d made not only the right choice of Subaru, but were blessed to have Elmer as our salesperson. This dealership came as a referral from a good friend, and I confidently pass that referral on. Elmer listened to our unique needs, helped us think critically and thoughtfully about what features we might need, and never pushed his opinions until we specifically asked for them, and those responses were truly a culmination of what we’d told him about our wishes. He counseled us, too, on features we didn’t know about. We walked away feeling like we got the greatest auto in the world, for a very fair price, and visions of a long relationship with Elmer and Avrom. What started out as a nerve-wracking task quickly morphed into a rewarding, exciting, comforting experience. There is no one better that Elmer Guerra. Make an appointment soon! On a final note, he provided us with a final ‘celebratory final gift’ I won’t mention, but it was so exemplary of his caring, attention and beyond professionalism.
