Had my doubts about this dealer but glad I gave them a chance. Tony and Nick were a pleasure to work with. Tony was no B.S. and all service with a smile. I went in at 11 am... didnt get out until 6 pm. I was ready with a check to buy the car at 1:30. Steve was very attentive when we were reviewing cars. But after we committed to the purchase and returne ready with a check to buy the car at 1:30. Steve was very attentive when we were reviewing cars. But after we committed to the purchase and returned from the bank, he was non-existent. I had him paged at the counter... and nothing. Apparently he was working with 3 other sales-post-sales activities and kept pushing us later. That was unacceptable. if he is that busy, then others need to assist. Secondly.. the other people that he was talking to did not have acceptable mask coverage. I also saw several employees with either the mask off or below the nose. I did not feel safe from Covid and that too is unacceptable. My wife and I stressed for a week and didn't see people in our personal circle as we now had to quarantine for a week due to your dealership's lack of enforcement. The car sold itself even though the dealership did an effort for me to go elsewhere. More
