It was time to trade in my 2014 Subaru Impreza and naturally I wanted another Subaru. My first contact was with Dave Osborne who directed me to Tony Setaro. What an easy and enjoyable experience. I naturally I wanted another Subaru. My first contact was with Dave Osborne who directed me to Tony Setaro. What an easy and enjoyable experience. I was asked what I wanted the most, which was heated seats!!! Tony located a Premium 2020 Subaru Impreza within an hour that had all of the safety features necessary for an older driver such as myself. It also had a CD player which I really wanted. The credit (loan) application was done on line. The price was right! Tony went over all of the warranties. There was no pressure, but I did purchase them at a more than reasonable price. When it came the day to actually purchase the car, Tony went over the Bluetooth, lights, Sirius XM Radio, and other safety features. Michelle in the finance department clearly explained all of the papers that needed to be signed. She was very patient with all of my questions and even blank stares as she explained options for me. It must be stated again that the prices on the warranties were more than generous. I cannot remember the name of the man who signed me up for the Star Link, but again he was very patient with my questions. And as I was filling out the paper work, Dave Ortiz from the Service Department came by to congratulate me on my new car. In closing, during these Covid 19 days, it must be mentioned that everyone was Covid compliant. Masks were worn by everyone, the chairs in the waiting area have been rearranged to allow for the 6 feet spacing, and there is adequate ventilation within the building. I highly recommend Tony Setaro and his team when deciding to purchase a new or even used car. More
