Although the car I wanted wasn't available at first I let him know if something changes to contact me. The following day James Smith reached out to let me know that the car I wanted may become available and asked me if I would like to hold it. I was able to hold the car till the weekend when I had time to drive up and look at it in person. Once I got there the car was waiting for me to test drive right away. The indoor dealership is great because regardless of the weather you can come in and see what they have in stock and all of their vehicles appeared to be clean and in very good condition. James was wonderful to work with and he made this by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I would defiantly be back to purchase another car from James at Dallas Lease Returns!
