Jon Peacock provided excellent service in our purchase of a 2022 Sienna Van. The time spent locating the vehicle, helping us change items from my 2019 Sienna Van to the new 2022 Sienna Van was greatly apprec a 2022 Sienna Van. He also offered help on any further questions after we purchased the vehicle. One problem that we were very disappointed in was the fact the vehicle did not have a heated steering wheel which we had ordered. This was a very important item. Don't shop at Della Toyota in Plattsburgh! Why? We have been talking with them since yesterday morning. Donna told us she would cover our Ferry Fee, that was a negative upon arrival. We Why? We have been talking with them since yesterday morning. Donna told us she would cover our Ferry Fee, that was a negative upon arrival. We called before leaving St Albans to ensure the vehicle we had been talking about was still there and available. Donna had confirmed by phone that it was there and that it would be available to purchase as soon as we got there. That was also a negative after consulting with Alex. Then Alex tried talking us into getting a different vehicle that was 6 to 9 thousand dollars more and in a similar size we currently have. We emphasized that we were looking for a more fuel efficient vehicle. Thank you Della for wasting our time and money! More
