He is instantly responsive and always helpful – which was vital as we live 2 ½ hours from the dealership. The purchase process was quick and efficient, with all paperwork organized and ready. The delivery process was just as good. Jon was extremely thorough going over the car with our daughter. What I liked most is that Jon delivered the car to our daughter – not her parents.
