We were having our 2018 Toyota Sienna serviced and I was approached by Donna inquiring if we were interested in trading for a new vehicle. We indicated it depends on what our vehicle was worth. We were then approached by Donna inquiring if we were interested in trading for a new vehicle. We indicated it depends on what our vehicle was worth. We were then introduced to Heather and she informed us of the new vehicles available for purchase. We picked out a 2022 Toyota Sienna and Heather worked her magic securing us a decent trade and all the options we were interested in. We are now paying less for the new vehicle for the same number of months financed at a decent rate through Toyota. Needless to say we are very pleased with the entire process as we went into the deal figuring it would be a big hassle. Mitch in the finance office was extremely helpful too! More
