She directed us to the customer waiting area and pointed out the immensities available. She was true to her word in that about an hour later she appeared with the completed paper work and identified our car sitting outside waiting for us. Nice JOB! More

Paint was peeling on my 2013 RAV4, on some areas of my car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. He was able to get approval for repairs to be done on my car , for the defective car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. He was able to get approval for repairs to be done on my car , for the defective paint. He expedited the process, and got the approval very fast. Work was done at an auto body shop in my area, which was very convenient. Car looks great now, almost like new. Ben came through for me, and I would highly recommend him, and his dealership. Oul change/rotate tires Tire rotation was not done. The leaking tire was in the same spot as before we brought it in.
