The whole situation start to finish is honestly never great. I never leave thinking wow I am so happy to have gotten my car here. It seems more like a factory of pushing vehicles out, than caring about the customer and the customers safety. More

I ordered 2 replacement keys for a 2019 sequoia that needed to be programmed. I was told if I purchased two keys at the same time the programming both for the 170. Tried many times to call and make an needed to be programmed. I was told if I purchased two keys at the same time the programming both for the 170. Tried many times to call and make an appointment but no answer, and tried different options over couple days. My wife had to drive there and then was met with attitude. Took 2 weeks to get an opening. At the appointment I was told it was 170 for each key which I asked why as it should be quick. I was told an hour each it takes. It took about a half hour and when I got my car back after the nys inspection I was told it did take a long time which I informed her that the video you sent me the tech said he just completed the programming. I asked if I can be charged to one fee and they said they have to book by the book vs actual time otherwise their techs will take 6 hours to do the job. Anyway, I purchased my car there and now reminded again why I don’t get service there. Service and $340 to program keys is unacceptable More
