I called with a concern about my car that made me feel unsafe driving it. Judy in the service center took my call, reassured me, and got me into the service center right away where the problem was diagnos unsafe driving it. I was sent a video inspection from the mechanic directly to my phone and a separate cost estimate sent to me to review before discussing with the service team. Everyone was honest and reassuring during the entire process. While my car was being fixed, they set up an Uber for me to go home and another to return when it was completed. I will be returning for any future services needed. More
