On the day of the service, I had a coupon which I forgot to mention at the time of the service was being performed. My take-in person also failed to ask me if I had any coupons. When I arrived home, half to mention at the time of the service was being performed. My take-in person also failed to ask me if I had any coupons. When I arrived home, half an hour later I remember that I had a coupon and right away I called the DHC Toyota and ask if they can still apply the coupon? The service person told me they can't but will put a credit towards my next service. Which I don't know if she apply the credit or not? My suggestion is that, if you call on same day or on the day of the service the company should honor the coupon. More
