First let me say, I love Lauren! She does everything possible to help and always keeps me up to date with what is going on! That being said, I am not happy with whoever worked on m She does everything possible to help and always keeps me up to date with what is going on! That being said, I am not happy with whoever worked on my vehicle, this time. After WEEKS of having my vehicle, they did not do a thorough and complete job. The car sat for a long time with nothing being done. Part of that was because incorrect parts were ordered. When I finally did get the vehicle back, there were things not working correctly, along with the vehicle being dirty inside and out. Vehicle needs to go back AGAIN, to have things fixed that were not broken when I dropped the vehicle off. This was a big job and the vehicle should have been completely gone over, BEFORE, it was given back to me. How do you take things apart, put them back together and not make sure everything is in working order before giving a vehicle back to a customer? More
