Jason was great. super nice guy. But i was way over charged for what you guys 'needed' to do in order for me to get my state inspection pass...i had to have it done or i wouldn't have received my inspe charged for what you guys 'needed' to do in order for me to get my state inspection pass...i had to have it done or i wouldn't have received my inspection pass and blown $21 on refusing to over pay.. so i was between a rock and a hard place.... pay the original quote of $150.00!! which i heavily protested and jason dropped ... still, for two plate bulbs... on your site online. 44/per... and 2 outer bulbs.. and also on toyota online - $4.38 vs. in store $8.35 times the two 'needed'...... i called a couple of other auto places and they said that the labor is within the mark-up of the bulb.. since it isn't such a tough thing to do. in fact, go to auto zone and they'll do it for you. or you can do it at home .. it is just lightbulbs.. i'm new to the area and was hoping to get a relationship going with my local toyota - guess not :( More

Everyone was very professional. I have been a customer in service for about 5 years, and forgot to bring in a discount coupon that was mailed to me. Cashier would not accept bringing it in after the trans in service for about 5 years, and forgot to bring in a discount coupon that was mailed to me. Well there wasn't many cars left at the time I had to do in a lease. I'm not very happy with the choice that I had to take. The car has some issues with the rear view mirror which cannot be adjusted.
