Their communication is complete crap. Salesman wasn’t clear on warranty, wasn’t clear on final price, didn’t give me any info on if I had to return former plates to dmv. Staff friendly and helpful. Service was fast and they checked the recall on my RAV4. I did feel the air cabin filter replacement was pricey and it should not have been more than $40.00. I’m still unde checked the recall on my RAV4. I did feel the air cabin filter replacement was pricey and it should not have been more than $40.00.
