We called in advance about a car and was told it was not available. However when we arrived that morning the car was available. In the end the car wasn’t available. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. They failed my inspection and said I had a leak in my power steering rack with an estimated repair of $2500. I brought my vehicle to a different shop and they found no leak in my power steering rack or anywhere else. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me at this dealership, specifically with Mike Giordano from the service department. I for one am done with them, tired of being ripped off. More

I felt humiliated and degraded by the service man who took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free s took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free service when I paid in advance over $260 for this so called free service plus being broken down @ purchase $2000 for the 5 year extended warranty that is really only 2 years. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out later that nothing was even touched on my car!!!!!! If there is any type of training that you can send your employees on how to treat customers, he is without a doubt the best one to send for it. I hope I am not treated this way next time I am in there. I am dreading already my next 2 oil changes I paid in advance for that will not walk out with my dignity.
