Brought my car in to to fix ac. It was under warranty and they fixed it. When I got the car back I noticed a bad leak underneath the hood. I mentioned it to the Toyota guy and he sa It was under warranty and they fixed it. When I got the car back I noticed a bad leak underneath the hood. I mentioned it to the Toyota guy and he said, it was a very involved job and it's most likely a residual leak from the work they had done. He came out and wiped up the mess. I then drove it home to my newly paved driveway.... the vehicle continued to leak. A few days pass and I talked to a family friend of mine who is a mechanic and he told me that it was transmission fluid that was leaking and I should take it right back there. I started to drive it back up and the transmission started slipping as I was driving with my wife, a 3 year old and a 9 month old.. I brought it back up and dropped it of, praying they wouldn't say this is somehow my fault and this is just a new occurrence. That was not the case. they stated that the repair work done on the car was very involved and the mechanic somehow damaged the xxxxxxx that connect the tranny lines to the radiator... (how an ac compresser repair, had anything to do with tranny lines and a radiator?? You got me.) Anyways, after initially telling me it was just the xxxxxxx of the radiator that needed to be replaced, they called me 2 days later to day say that I needed a whole new radiator. And I had to wait an additional 3 or 4 days for the car to be done.... bear in mind I am about 2 weeks into this repair at this point... 4 days later comes and everything is seemingly the way it should be with everything. However my transmission doesn't seem to be 100% as it was when I initially brought it in.. I do feel that in a few to 5 years, or sooner will have a major issue that they will not own up to being that's its been that long since they serviced the car... At the end of the day I learned that I made a major mistake using DCH to repair my car and I will never make that mistake again.. I hope my tranny lasts. More

I waited several weeks for an initial appointment, then another several weeks for parts. When the service actually took place, they did not complete the work because they did not order all of the parts. another several weeks for parts. Also - the service techs left a fresh 2" scratch on my back door and grease all over the interior. The grease I had them clean up, but the scratch is my reminder. I had no issue with the people I talked to in the service department, but I won't be coming back. I don't have the time to wait all over again while they do another $500 worth of labor on what should have been fixed in one visit. Otherwise, good coffee, clean facilities, and friendly people overall. It's too bad, really - this could have been my shop. More
