We were on our way home to Wisconsin when we got a check engine message for the hybrid system in our Rav4. We took it in first thing Monday morning and spoke to service rep Matthew Rodriguez. He was efficie engine message for the hybrid system in our Rav4. We took it in first thing Monday morning and spoke to service rep Matthew Rodriguez. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. The car was diagnosed with a punctured radiator by that afternoon and they located the needed part and arranged for it to be sent overnight. They prepared the car to receive the part that afternoon so it took a minimum of time to put it in when it arrived the next morning. We were on way just a little over 24 hours after we brought it in. Thank you all at DHC Wappengers Falls Toyota! More
