I had a few concerns during my experience. First if I’m being frank I had a few communication issues with Chris during the entire process. At one point I asked him what came in the $1700 conve First if I’m being frank I had a few communication issues with Chris during the entire process. At one point I asked him what came in the $1700 convenience package that was attached to the vehicle I was looking at had. He told me a list which included nitrogen filled tires. When I looked at the car again I realized that the tires were filled with regular air, and when I mentioned this to him he stated that I may be correct. He asked what would get the deal done and I said give me the nitrogen filled tires and knock off $700 more and we had a deal. He went to talk with his manager and when he came back he said we had a deal. I felt good with it and we started working towards completing the deal. Awhile later I asked when the nitrogen tires would be put on and he stated that they instead took the cost of the tires off the price which is not what he led me to believe earlier. This is something he did not communicate when he told me the deal was approved and I found it a little annoying that he basically told me a half truth. My second issue is I was getting back money from my trade-in and was told on 16 October that it would take 5-10 business days to receive. It is now 8 October and I’ve been told by Chris to give it until the 20th of October to receive the check. Waiting almost a month for my almost 7K back is rediculous. I feel being so nonchalant about not adhering to the timeline struck reflects poorly. Overall my experience was average. One of the previous questions was would I recommend others to come to this dealership and your only options are “yes” or “no”. I recommend putting a “maybe” option with free text as to why that is.
