I been having my car serviced at your dealership for years. One thing I don't like is that there is never an opportunity to speak to the mechanic who did the service on my car. While the service reps ca years. One thing I don't like is that there is never an opportunity to speak to the mechanic who did the service on my car. While the service reps can be quite knowledgeable about my car, I had a few of them in the past who seem less than qualified to answer my concerns. I suggest that, outside of routine maintenance, the mechanic who diagnosed any problems be there at the end of the visit in case the customer has any questions. It seems to me having a service rep as an intermediate between the mechanic and the customer can sometimes add an extra layer of complexity that leaves the customer less informed about their service.
