I think the service department focuses way too much time on how many additional services they can add when you come in for maintenance. Every chance you get you trying to sell us fluid changes things that don’t need to be changed I am a mechanic I’ve never had to change the brake fluid less than 100,000 miles ever. Unless it leaked out, that’s when something like that would happen. And I don’t appreciate the way you take a vantage of your average consumer with these ridiculous added services. If you’re a little more honest, you probably have better customer appreciation. When the customer doesn’t realize it be in Buffalo guys are going wonderful. You just cost me $2500 and stuff that I didn’t even want. Because I sent somebody else over with my truck , I got banged Services I didn’t need in my truck. Consumer beware. More

I have used DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota for many years and have never had anything but excellent service! At this point, I have had to use all of their services for the Toyota Cars that I have owned. My car gets serviced quickly and all questions/concerns are addressed. The waiting room is comfortable, the sales staff has helped me through the selection & purchasing process when I have needed to replace vehicles. Scheduling Service is easy. I have had an issue for the last year trying to get the GPS maps updated on my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Last year (6 months ago) I opened an incident with Toyota customer services and got ticket assigned GPS maps updated on my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Last year (6 months ago) I opened an incident with Toyota customer services and got ticket assigned. The service manager at the time called me to discuss and promised to call me back within a few days. He never did. I called and left several voicemail messages, but eventually I gave up. At this last service appointment I again tried to get my problem resolved but experienced another run around. I would love to discuss this issue with the service manager. More
