I've been taking my Camry to DCH Toyota of Oxnard for all its service needs since the early '90s. We purchased a new Land Cruiser from Toyota of Oxnard in 1995. Since then, Bob Cobos has been our almost exclusive Service Consultant (exceptions being his vacations, or having time off, etc., on those few 1995. Since then, Bob Cobos has been our almost exclusive Service Consultant (exceptions being his vacations, or having time off, etc., on those few occassions when I needed the vehicle serviced at the time of his absence). I am pleased to say Mr. Cobos is an exemplary representative of Toyota of Oxnard. His attention to detail, his way of making a customer feel welcome, his maner of dispelling concern about the mechanical problems the owner's vehicle is experiencing, and his assuring concern that the problem(s)will be expertly corrected, has allowed me to have the confidence that when Bob is my Consultant, the job will be done right. I would also add that because of what I just described, Mr. Cobos surely just have the respect of his fellow employees; more specifically, the mechanics that do the repairs. They have to know, because of Mr. Cobos, quality work is the only acceptable kind of work they must perform. Mr. Cobos has made is possible for me to drive my Land Cruiser knowing I won't have repeat problems, or have to return the vehicle for fixing faulty repairs.
