Lied to I bought a used vehicle from them and was not told that the cruise control was not working. They now want 300.00 to fix it??? They keep telling me tha I bought a used vehicle from them and was not told that the cruise control was not working. They now want 300.00 to fix it??? They keep telling me that it's not covered by the warranty, I know it's not, but if they would have been up front before I bought the car I would not have bought the car. The Sales Team Leader said to me that the sales people don't know what is or is not working on a car????. I call bull crap. It's just another wsy to get money. I'm retired and on a fixed income and can't afford to pay $300 for something they should have fixed before putting up for sale. More

Fantastic Service Department We recently had our 2016 Sportage serviced for oil change and as usual were quite pleased with the scheduling, timeliness and on time completion promi We recently had our 2016 Sportage serviced for oil change and as usual were quite pleased with the scheduling, timeliness and on time completion promised by our favorite service rep, (Emma). I'm writing this review to underscore the incredible commitment and focus on exceeding customer expectations from Emma and their service department. Emma for example, takes extra time to provide full explanation to any questions or concerns that you may have and is passionate about providing the best customer experience possible and has excellent communication skills.. My wife and I have found this to be true with all of the Service Department staff. Gary's (service manager) sets the tone with his professionalism and commitment to his customers and is serious about promoting nothing but exceptional service from his talented team. Although I still have some questions regarding the upkeep and long term maintenance of my vehicle, I have no doubts that Gary's team will work to give us the best explanations / advice available. To those potential Kia Buyers who are contemplating buying from this dealership...Trust me. (I've been around the block many times and have had my share of bad experiences). you can have high confidence that you will be treated with the upmost respect and will quickly recognize their commitment to Customer Service Excellence!!
