When we called to make an appointment the dealership made the appointment in a timely fashion. The issue of concern was evaluated and our Sedona was found not to have any issue but the dealership provided service to help prevent any issue from happening. Mike Munroe greeted me right away as was awesome to work with. Not only did he know all about the cars, but he helped me choose a vehicle that best suited my lifestyle and needs. I absolutely love my new 2014 Kia Soul+! I actually had fun from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. The staff was great to work with as well. Everything went so smoothly I felt like I was in a dream, or on Candid Camera hahaha. And I wasn't there for hours on end either... you know how that can be. Even the financing went quickly. So when it came time for the paint and fabric protection to be applied I thought this is where the proverbial shoe drops. Surprised again! Love my KIA Sportage! I went to Kia I thought to look for a car for my daughter. I had been looking for a car, but was not planning on purchasing yet. Kris was so friendly, he asked me what I was looking for, explained some of my options, and we test drove some cars. He did not pressure me into a purchase, just made sure I understood my options and that I found a car I liked. I had never gone car shopping or even purchased a car before so this was all new to me. Kia is great, they worked with me on my trade in, made sure I was comfortable with the deal, gave me a great deal! No pressure to purchase, they just wanted me to be happy when I walked out whether I purchased a car or not. I LOVE my new KIA! She went over and beyond to the point of driving my children in the dealership shuttle home to get their things for a sports practice while I stayed to sign papers with Bill.
