don't trust them I took my older car in for a recall. They said I needed a new battery. I went to the battery outlet in my area where I've been going for ten years. Th I took my older car in for a recall. They said I needed a new battery. I went to the battery outlet in my area where I've been going for ten years. They had a battery there but when I told them that the dealership recommended a new one, he tested it first. The test was perfect and I was told my battery would be good at least for another year. Also, the part didn't come in the day it was supposed to, I switched days at work and made transportation arrangements. They failed to call and let me know, so close to noon I called. It took four phone calls to finally get to a person in the service department to give me the information. I had to cancel everything and make all new arrangements, what a pain. I don't think I was treated with the great customer care and honesty they so highly promote. I will not return. More
