Jaime did a great job communicating with me through email and let me know what the deal was even before arriving at the dealership. He had everything ready when I arrived to streamline the process. Super rude and unprofessional. He argued with us about that contract even though we were showing him what it said. He told us that wasn't the case and again and again we showed him where the contract said that contract even though we were showing him what it said. He told us that wasn't the case and again and again we showed him where the contract said he was wrong, but he kept telling us we were wrong. He got visibly and audibly angry that we wouldn't believe him over the contract and stormed off. Finally we talked to the finance manager and got everything straightened out, but this guy was unbelievable. The fact that he's still employed here is astonishing to me, because we heard from others that he treats everyone like he did us, rude, short tempered, and acts like he's a genius and we're idiots, even when he's clearly wrong by the dealerships own written contract that we have in front of us. It must be because he's one of the managers cousins that he's still allowed to work there and treat customers the way he did, that manager was just as rude and unprofessional, so he clearly doesn't care if his workers are, especially when they're family. More
