AMAZEBALLS!!! That is all I can say… We just went in to look, but had such great experience with Jaime that we ended up with a new car. From the time we met him in the parking lot to finalizing numbers for look, but had such great experience with Jaime that we ended up with a new car. From the time we met him in the parking lot to finalizing numbers for me, the level of service from Jaime, Damian, and JC was beyond anything I would have ever expected, especially from a car dealership. The attention to detail along with great communication afterwards brought us back two days later and my husband purchased a new Kia as well. Based on my experience I will never go anywhere else. To the guys (Jaime, Damian, and JC) you guys rock and we appreciate everything you did. By the way, Chris is still waiting for his swag. 😂 More
Perma plate optional warranty fraud.It is basically a extended appearance protection when it already comes with manufacturer warranty of 3yrs. Sales person will tell you it cannot be removed but when you extended appearance protection when it already comes with manufacturer warranty of 3yrs. The older brunette lady was literality on the phone and had me standing-waiting for her for longer than 5 mins. Apparently, the person on the phone was more important than the person (me) right in front of her, and she had no intention of putting the phone call on hold. Had the audacity to ask me for a signature and payment instead of greeting me and or apologizing for the long wait. Needless to say I didn't say one word to her, I paid and left very pissed off. Also, another Cashier saw me and he kept walking by. Very unprofessional department. Get rid of them! More

The Service Rep, Jeremy Goodman, was the most friendly and efficient individual that I have dealt with within the KIA community. I purchased a 2018 KIA Sorento from another dealer and had trouble with the and efficient individual that I have dealt with within the KIA community. I purchased a 2018 KIA Sorento from another dealer and had trouble with the battery not holding a charge. On Thursday, 4/08/2021 the car would not start, and my wife had eye surgery scheduled on the morning of Monday 4/12/21. Absolutely requiring the car to work on Monday morning, I called AAA who jump started the car and checked out the battery and charging system, finding the battery faulty. I tried to get a good response from the original dealer but as the weekend was quickly passing, I called around. On Friday afternoon, contacting Jeremy at the Temecula California dealer,, and explaining our critical need for having the car working on Monday morning, he said the he was the only member working that late on Friday that if I could get the car to him before quitting time, he would fix the problem. True to his word, he quickly and efficiently replaced the battery. He was very nice and professional in every way and save the day.I am now confident that I will get my wife to her eye surgery as appointed. Thank you Jeremy Goodman! Robert A. I got taken for at DCH Kia of Temecula. I went into the dealership on 2/23 and leased a new Kia. Instead of turning in my old Kia that was also leased they used it as a trade-in. At the time the sales guy dealership on 2/23 and leased a new Kia. Instead of turning in my old Kia that was also leased they used it as a trade-in. At the time the sales guy said it was a way better deal this way. My fault for trusting them and not looking over the numbers myself. However, we were in and out of the dealership in an hour and now I'm seeing why the deal happened so quickly. I called the guy who wrote the deal 2 days later after looking over the paperwork (mind you I was out of town for 2 days after leasing the car) and also spoke with the sales guy and they both agreed that the deal shouldn't have been done that way and they calculated my old lease as a 3 yr instead of a 4 yr. Now I'm having to pay $931 more than if I were to just have turned in the old lease and started fresh with the new lease. Both guys I talked to told me they would talk to so and so and get back to me. I've now called the dealerships 7-10 times in the last month trying to get a hold of someone to fix the deal and not one person will return my calls. I've also gone into the dealership and conveniently a manager is not available. This last Monday 2/29 I finally reached out to the GM Chris Greco who said he was going to pull my contract and get back to me. I emailed him last night because he's had plenty of time to review my contract and I got a response today "I am going to be meeting with all staff that was involved in your deal tomorrow to get some additional clarity on the transaction". My question is... why does it take the GM 4 days to figure out where the deal went wrong? it doesn't take that long to write the xxxx deal. There is not much to look over. Do the calculations yourself and you will see it's not right. They left me no choice but to take further action. Maybe this will get a response. DCH - DON'T COME HERE!!!!! More
