This visit, Carl Brodbeck was particularly patient in explaining the repair my vehicle needed, and why the cost was not covered under my extended maintenance contract . Not good news, but I still left a happy camper. Now, that’s a good customer service rep! More

Took it in and they found nail in tire a Brand-new car that I purchased for my mom. 2019 CRV. Around 450 miles, the tire-pressure sensor went-on. Took it in and they found nail in tire and repaired it free of charge. At about 500 miles, I noticed a small imperfection / dent in liftgate. No way to prove where / how it happened as it was barely noticeable (except to me) with no paint damage. Could have happened anywhere. Showed it to service and Mickey had their dent-wizard guy fix it to where it is even less noticeable. Truly a great dealership and they take care of their customers. Mickey is a good / straightforward guy and explains everything. This is a different type of dealership from sales to service, they're all good people. More
