15 years of consistency 15 years ago we bought our first Odyssey from DCH. We liked the vehicle and dealership so much, we purchased a second car from them. Both vehicles have been serviced at the dealership. The team has been knowledgable, friendly and out of their way helpful. Mickey Hughes has been our service contact, he's the best. I've had contact with Darlene in service for scheduling and follow-up and Ken Kallock, the manager. Ken and Mickey helped me fix an issue with one of the cars. All points of contact go above and beyond, which keeps my family going back to DCH Honda in Eatontown. More

Don't believe the hype that dealers are too expensive their pricing is very competitive. Just bought tires and the pricing was cheaper than costco. The parts manager Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. These guys are aces and really care about there customers! More
cant thank the service dept enough I have been getting my car serviced at kay for years. every time i come here its a great experience. although some of the reps there could use some cu I have been getting my car serviced at kay for years. every time i come here its a great experience. although some of the reps there could use some customer service training, i am never fully dissapointed in the work. its been awhile since ive been in for service (my civic is really reliable) i was greeted by Dan Turner whom i have never met before. (he may be new) Dan took the time to go over everything with me. my dash said A1234. i had no idea what that meant but i know it would cost me an arm and a leg. dan took the time out of a busy saturday to explain everything my car needed and even took the time to print out my previous service history and go over what i have already gotten done at kay. i truly appreciated that. i came in for service in december and was greeted by the rudest gentleman ever (dont remember his name) and that turned me off. Dan changed that for me. i will be requesting him for my next service. thanks dch kay. More
