He quickly identified the best option for me in terms of what I wanted and what I was looking for in a vehicle, and during the test drive he was sure to explain all the benefits and features the 2019 Honda Accord would be giving me. He did not pressure me to buy, and just wanted it to be the right fit for me. I would be glad to return and purchase another vehicle with him. The rest of the signing process was handed by Armando, and he helped me finalize the sale. He apologized for a little latency with the computer system, which was not too much of a problem. He was very polite and made sure that I understood everything that I was agreeing to including showing me payment amounts on his computer screen. It was very helpful and made me feel more confident in my purchase. Overall, the buying experience was a great, and I will continue to be a return customer based off of my interactions with Andres and Armando. More
