Louis was very helpful and is truly a fine young man. My problem with DCH KAY Honda is the ridiculous emails and USPS mail I get asking me to trade in my one month old vehicle for a newer model! We waited about 20 minutes until Nick was able to meet with us. Nick was wonderful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a preowned vehicle and offered selections to meet those needs. Although he was very busy, he was professional and considerate of our time. He stopped by to check on us frequently, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. He offered to keep in touch and let me know when something came in if we didn't see something we liked that day. Armando was our finance representative he was pleasant and went over all the details, answered our questions, The only downside would be that we were there for quite a few hours, longer than I expected. It would have been nice to be offered a beverage or something. I was only told about the coffee machine and water when I inquired from the receptionist where the restroom was and she mentioned them. Overall, although it took longer than we anticipated, it was a pleasant experience working with Nick and Armando. More

Overall positive experience. Our sales person, Alyssia, was personable and relatable. There was no pressure or games and we appreciate that. The doc fees they charge are higher than state average and we fo was personable and relatable. There was no pressure or games and we appreciate that. The doc fees they charge are higher than state average and we found out they do not provide courtesy vehicles if/when you bring your car in for service. These things prevented me from taking five stars, but we were advised these are the doings of the dealership ownership group and not the local staff. The people we worked with were very good. More
