There was an issue that had occurred while my vehicle was at this dealer for a routine service. I contacted the GM Ed Mathews and he did listen to my concerns and was able to offer me an amicable and reason at this dealer for a routine service. He did not ignore me and did make me feel like he was going to take care of the issue and he did. He also assurred me they would take steps to improve that part of the service process in the future. Anthony Huerta in Internet Sales was great to work with. Gave me all the information I requested and took his time with me. All questions were answered and no matter how late it got...he stuck it out. Given my situation...he worked with me and understood that even after a long evening I needed more time. Took the time to explain leases and other options Flintstone style. All said and done...I am now a new owner of a brand new Pilot. Thanks Anthony! More

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!! They are basically criminals in uniforms. They gave me a quote of over $500.00 of service needed on my Honda that was totally FALSE. You go in with a minor problem and leave with a major problem. I went down the road to another mechanic and he charged me NOTHING for the service. He said that someone had tampered with my car and that was the cause of the problem. DCH Honda of Oxnard service group was the last service group to work on my car before I took it in to a honest mechanic. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR SMILES AND PRETEND ADVICE. More
