10 Star Customer Service & Satisfaction at Honda of Oxnard I am a returning Customer to Honda. My previous experiences with sales Honda Rep (Mr. Ron Anthony) and staff have always been excellent and gratifying I am a returning Customer to Honda. My previous experiences with sales Honda Rep (Mr. Ron Anthony) and staff have always been excellent and gratifying which is why I keep returning for that Honda Experience! I am accommodated with my specifics for auto care and purchases and this time had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mr. Mike Harris. He seemed knowledgeable and was interested in my expectations and what I wanted as a purchaser. Mike was both professional and personable which helped put me at ease during the sale process and ultimately, I departed a satisfied customer with my showroom car from Honda of Oxnard! Thanks again Mike for everything, very much appreciated! I also want to Thank Josh as a Primary advisor in Service, Jeff, Javier and Aqui for their continued support with my vehicle inquiries (as needed). Shockingly, this dealership only wants to offer you a good deal IF you finance through them; otherwise, they act like a petulant child having a temper tantrum. If this is the way they do business ... I'll take my business elsewhere!!! More

Good experience After 30 years overseas and not needing a car, the car buying experience was not one I was looking forward to. Honda gave us a courtesy car for a couple weeks while things were made right with t A couple issues with our car surfaced immediately after the sale. Honda gave us a courtesy car for a couple weeks while things were made right with the audio/navigation system. It was not the purchase experience we were expecting and the excitement of a new (used) car turned into disappointment. Nick Dunlea, the General Manager, personally monitored the situation. After we got the car back, he went above and beyond what I ever expected and made up for the inconvenience and disappointment. I gave a 4 star rating because things didn't go well, but would recommend this dealership because I can trust them to stand behind what they sell and take care of the customer. More

They are not the Honda helpful people Was looking through there internet sales. Saw a 2009 Pontiac Vibe advertised at $5988. Went to Honda of Oxnard. Once there, I looked at the Ponti Was looking through there internet sales. Saw a 2009 Pontiac Vibe advertised at $5988. Went to Honda of Oxnard. Once there, I looked at the Pontiac , test drove it. I was using there website to establish monthly payment , only so they can tell me that those cars are hard for Banks to pick up and wouldn't be able to finance. Then tried to sell me a Honda Fit for the same year at a much higher price. So why would you advertise a car that no bank would finance , And show monthly payments and apr. doesnt make sense at all. Pathetic. So my wife and I decided not to do business with the so called, "helpful people". More
