I am accommodated with my specifics for auto care and purchases and this time had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mr. Mike Harris. He seemed knowledgeable and was interested in my expectations and what I wanted as a purchaser. Honda gave us a courtesy car for a couple weeks while things were made right with the audio/navigation system. It was not the purchase experience we were expecting and the excitement of a new (used) car turned into disappointment. Nick Dunlea, the General Manager, personally monitored the situation. After we got the car back, he went above and beyond what I ever expected and made up for the inconvenience and disappointment. I gave a 4 star rating because things didn't go well, but would recommend this dealership because I can trust them to stand behind what they sell and take care of the customer. More
