That's funny; you charged me $302, and I was told--three times--when I was there that your hourly rate was $299: once by Joyce, once by Mr. Hickcock, and one by a technician I snagged in the break room, because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. (I assume the extra $3 were tax.) And $250 an hour for diagnostics is $85 an hour more than your highest-priced competitor. Spare me the phony "safe travels" wishes and send me a refund. You should be ashamed,
