Leasing of 2016 Toyota Tundra This is my 3rd Tundra lease and the transaction couldn't have been smoother. Fred Riddle was the salesman and he and talked about what I wanted to do This is my 3rd Tundra lease and the transaction couldn't have been smoother. Fred Riddle was the salesman and he and talked about what I wanted to do, i.e., lease another Tundra and he quickly found one that met my specifications. He made me a GOOD DEAL the first offer so my time was not wasted trying to negotiate. I accepted his offer which including moving my running boards and bed step from my old truck (13,750 miles) to the new truck. He also swapped the 20" premium wheels and tires which came on the "old" truck to the new truck instead of the less nice 18" wheels on the new truck. Additionally, the dealership has several "product specialists" who show you the vehicle(s) you want to look at and answer any questions you might have but don't pressure you to buy. Bottom line, this dealer treats you like a customer and makes it easy to do business with them. More

We had been in Crossville, Tn on vacation when we received notice that our 2008 Highlander had been totaled due to an accident a week earlier. On our way back to Alabama, we stopped at Cumberland to look at a Highlander I had found online. Josh was very professional and accommodating with our purchase on such short notice. We did not have the necessary papers with us to make the purchase, but Josh worked with us and made it happen. We were in and out of Cumberland Toyota in an hour. Josh had the trailer hitch added (on our request) and delivered the car to us in the next couple of days. This was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had and we highly recommend Josh Lawson. More
