Cumberland Toyota Is An A-Rated Agency. Cumberland Toyota. We found them on-line because we were shopping for a specific year and model of Toyota. Few, if any other agencies are A-rated in Cumberland Toyota. We found them on-line because we were shopping for a specific year and model of Toyota. Few, if any other agencies are A-rated in the overall business world. Cumberland Toyota is an A-Rated agency. hey are part of the best complex of auto dealers I have ever seen in one location. Our salesman was truly nice, honest, easy to work with, and straightforward. This...from the moment I first called him regarding an on-line posting from 100 miles away, until 3 hours later, when my wife drove away in her "new" car. It was then, when I overall realized what made them an A-rated agency. We bought an absolutely beautiful pre-owned Certified car for her. It is three years old, 27,000 miles and truly looks, smells, drives, and feels like "new." From Tommy (our Salesman) to the closing and signatures with the finance manager, comfort, ease, quick and satisfaction where the defining words for our overall experience at Cumberland Toyota. Straightfoward, knowledgeable, easy, pleasant! We knew what we wanted when we went in and Cody was great at letting us drive the Avalon and sharing information with us.
