Please understand that our sales team had been transparent with your folks since day one. Our inventory does in fact fluctuate on a day-to-day basis, not just on a dealership level but on a regional level as well. With the shortage of vehicles in the market, most dealerships have added a price adjustment to their vehicles. If we are not mistaken your folks had intended on purchasing their vehicle from our dealership due to their local dealership having a much higher market adjustment. We wish your folks all the best in their search for a new vehicle.
