Cumberland has serviced my Prius for the past 8 years and I would rate their service department 5 stars until my most recent experience. My battery was completely dead and the back hatch where the auxiliary I would rate their service department 5 stars until my most recent experience. My battery was completely dead and the back hatch where the auxiliary battery is located, was locked. I needed to speak with a Cumberland technician to ask if there was an interior release I could use to open the hatch and then I could charge the battery. Over a two day period I called Toyota service 9 times and got their voicemail each and every time. The receptionist was kind and felt so badly that the service department wasn’t answering so she actually asked her boyfriend, who is a mechanic at another dealership, to help me. I give that receptionist 5 stars and I give the service department 0 stars. I’m being generous to average it at 3 stars. More
