The positive side is that the mechanics are o. k. technically, but service-wise the Service Department is very poor in communications. Our final visit involved a transmission replacement. When we picked up the car, there was grease on the steering wheel, the door inside and out, and on the carpet. It took 2-1/2 weeks for the repair and they never answered my voicemails, called back only once a week later to tell me the issue with the check engine light, and never had a courtesy car. We spent almost $3k with them plus car rental from another dealer. You'd think being a loyal customer for 2.5 years and spending thousands of dollars on service that at least they'd call you back the day you call and give you your car back to you clean. More

Ever since having my engine replaced 7/22 it has been one thing after another and every time I get my car back from Cumberland Kia there is something else wrong with it…. I was sent home time after time with thing after another and every time I get my car back from Cumberland Kia there is something else wrong with it…. I was sent home time after time with them not even being able to fix my car. Took it to them with it overheating and was sent home with it being told it was fine because it passed a pressure test, only for it to overheat again a couple days later. After taking it back again found out they never plugged the fan back up after replacing the engine!!! More
