Having acquired two New Toyota vehicles over the course of the past three years at Cumberland Toyota played in the ultimate decision to return to them this time also. But prior to physically returning, I revisited the five dealerships that had played in the previous shopping process. This revisiting turned up no new findings that would persuade me to pursue a purchase through them. Ultimately I contacted Cumberland via phone then in person and worked through the various phases of the purchase. The vehicle was a 2019 Highlander.The whole/entire process was exceptionally professional, personal, detail oriented, and always genuinely engaged. More
