Love Cumberland Kia service department!! They dont try to push alot of extra stuff to fix and they take of the issue quickly. They provided a free courtesy car, but had to drive all the way back to Crossville and then return to Cookeville to pick up the Kia. After returning home, the oil warning light intermittently came on. Took it back to Kia service center. They said the oil warning light issue could not have been caused by their technician working on the vehicle for the safety recall procedure. Seems very unlikely to me that the oil warning light issue was not caused by their previous work on the Kia. They would not take any responsibility, probably because the replacement of the oil pressure sensor is very expensive (3+ hrs labor). Now that repair cost is on me....not very satisfied with the whole interaction. More

I had a lot of issues with the service department. I dropped my car off the first time for a week after it not starting and the rmp gauge not working. I was told they would have to hold it for a while to get that problem to happen. They had it for a week and told me nothing was wrong so I picked it up. The next day, the car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to them. This time they held my car for almost three weeks with no phone calls and no updates. We called and left multiple messages with no response. When we finally get a hold of someone we say we will be there to pick it up but due to our work schedule we aren’t exactly sure when. We are told this is no problem we can get it whenever. I call back and speak to a woman this time about scheduling when I’ll get the car. She tells me they cannot find my car keys and no one has looked at my car which has been there for three weeks. Then she says she will go check if the keys are in my car and call my right back. 30 minutes goes by and she never calls so I call back and shes at lunch. So I am left freaking out for almost two hours wondering if they lost the keys to my car. Finally she calls back and claims all the stuff she told me before was wrong and they couldn’t find an issue with my car and she had the keys. I left a message for customer service after this because I was frustrated and no one ever called me back. I finally got my car back and took it somewhere else. The people told me that there was a pending code showing which they found moments after scanning the car and they knew exactly what was wrong. Meanwhile this Kia has my car in total almost a month and told me they had no idea and nothing was wrong. I would never tell anyone to bring a vehicle here after such horrible customer service and inability to solve what I was told was a basic problem. More

Took my Kia Soul in for normal service: oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. I also had a concern about excessive oil consumption since my last oil change. They serviced my car and also found a n rotation, fluid checks, etc. I also had a concern about excessive oil consumption since my last oil change. They serviced my car and also found a nail in one tire and repaired it at. I additional charge. They responded to my biggest concern on the oil consumption telling me to return to have the oil checked every 1,000 miles for 3 times. Based on the consumption with those oil checks Kia will decide on what they will do. I was happy with the interaction. More

They are effective, organized, and to the point From the moment I arrived at the dealership/service department the Manager is focusing on my appointment and processing me in within a minute. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee at the coffee bar, and took a comfortable seat in the waiting area. Within 25 minutes my car was ready and I was back on the street. The service check sheet indicates all work done and any special notations they want to communicate regarding my vehicles health and readiness. More
