In both instances the service was excellent.The sales person, Rosie Malid, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to find and secure the Volvo we wanted. Eventually she had to secure a car from another dealer. The Volvo was delivered to our home in Thousand Oaks along with all the paperwork to sign. She then assisted in setting up the car and showing us the new features. She drove the trade-in back to the dealership. As I said, EXCELLENT SERVICE. More
