Great place for service I have been bringing my car here since 2012 for maintenance because service is performed quickly and correctly. I went onto Edmunds and got a definitive price from Tony. He had the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. We went in the next day and had our new Mazda within an hour! Wow! Horribly incompetent - When the XC40 came out, there was a buzz about town to get this vehicle. I looked up the best dealer and gave them a call, an actual call, spoke to t When the XC40 came out, there was a buzz about town to get this vehicle. I looked up the best dealer and gave them a call, an actual call, spoke to the agent and asked him to give me a call back. I would like to purchase the vehicle. I never got a call back. So the next Monday morning I write a detailed letter asking them to send me the information on the purchase for the vehicles they have in stock. Never heard back from them. Instead what I kept getting from them was this Bot, this pre-fabricated mass email that bombards you with Are you Interested ? Are you Interested ? Give us a call. And I keep answering them, articulating that I have been calling them and emailing them but all they seem to be good at is this robotic way to keep bombarding me with a out to lunch robot email asking me if I'm interested in a purchase. Well. This goes on for weeks. Finally I get a call from their representatives asking me why I am not happy. I describe the above situation to her in great detail over the phone. What happens a few days later ? Are you interested in purchasing a car ? Same robot mass email. And once again, but once again, I advise them if there is anyone at the dealership, if everyone is out to lunch, obtuse, not there, on another planet, as I keep telling them I want to purchase a car and they keep just sending me these generic Are you Interested in buying a car every week. I really cant say I recommend this dealership. Because if this level of incompetence is how they behave out the door, then I would not hesitate in telling people about my horrific experience with this dealership. Dont your waste your time. It has been nothing but a horrific waste of time dealing with these "Whose on First" Abbot & Costello routine. I cant, for the life of me tell you, why this dealership is so obtuse, but I have no interest in dealing with them and despite telling them again and again I don't want to deal with them, I sure enough, get that weekly Do You Want to Buy a Car mass emailing. Your making yourselves look like fools. Its pathetic. More
