All my concerns were completely addressed and I was able to pick up my car later that day after using a rental that Culver City Volvo paid for. Martin did a excellent job and it was a great experience! Martin took an excellent care of me. He had a loaner ready for me to use while my car was being serviced. my car was ready even before he promised and Martin took an excellent care of me.
