I found that the Hertz aspect was very slow both getting a car and returning. I would highly suggest that the management of Culver City Volvo consider using a different competent agency. Using a 2nd class rental outfit with a 1st class car agency doesn’t work. More

I brought my car for maintenance service and although it was not ready by the end of the day, I appreciate the fact that Damian Mucci from Service Dep I brought my car for maintenance service and although it was not ready by the end of the day, I appreciate the fact that Damian Mucci from Service Dept explained to me honestly why it was not ready and promised that it would be ready by 10AM the next day, and sure enough, he called at 9:35AM and told me the car was ready.
