Martin Munoz is a true professional! I arrived near the busy closing time. A crucial part had to be ordered. Martin kept me apprised of everything and provided me with a loaner vehicle. I was provided with operating instructions so that I was comfortable with everything before driving away. By the next morning my car was fixed, its exterior was washed, and its interior was vacuumed and clean. Everything was perfect - my car runs great now! Walked in to learn more about Volvos. Our salesperson Mark Benson was incredible. I liked his relaxed energy and didn't feel pushed at all. Felt very comfortable around him. I saw a really interesting option and he walked me through buying new vs used, and did the calcs in front of me for determining what was the best financial decisions for lease terms, down payments, etc. It felt like he was trying to explore the best balance for my needs. Wasn't even planning on getting a car for a year- just wanted to learn more, and thanks to Mark was able to find a magic option that worked right then and there. It was a wonderful experience and not stressful at all. At the end of the sale, had a really comprehensive walkthrough of the vehicle with lots of tips and tricks to make the most of it and ensure I understood everything. I felt really empowered. If I needed to buy a Volvo again, I'd come back here and talk to Mark Benson. More
