Easy once I figured out how to reserve service on line I did have a problem with the on line reserve for service, I think they changed the set up. I have always signed on to my account and booked the servi I did have a problem with the on line reserve for service, I think they changed the set up. I have always signed on to my account and booked the service but this time I couldn't sign in. What took me a while to figure out is if I didn't sign in it did have my car information when I requested service. Was this new? Try to make it easier for new people? More
