Poor out of state experience Bought vehicle remotely from out of state. Once dealer received signed paperwork, it took almost two weeks to finalize sale and ship vehicle. Satisfaction Guaranteed! I leased both my Mazda's from Santa Monica Mazda and had become very comfortable visiting their dealership/service department. I knew the place well. I leased both my Mazda's from Santa Monica Mazda and had become very comfortable visiting their dealership/service department. I knew the place well. When I was required to bring my car in for its 15,000 mile service check, Santa Monica had closed so I now needed to go to Culver City Mazda. Not being familiar with the layout of your facilities, I actually made and cancelled my appointment three times because I had no idea how comfortable I would be with the physical distancing, etc. Finally, I decided I'd just go in and see (probably should have done this from the beginning.) I was beyond satisfied with the way the dealership was dealing with the pandemic and the very, very ample room they provided for me to wait comfortably while my car was serviced. On top of all that, Steve Ruiz and the entire crew made me feel very welcome while I was there. My trip to Culver City Mazda ended up being a complete success. I truly could not have been more satisfied. Thanks so much! More
