At the time of the purchase, no offers were presented. The purchase was made quickly and even sold me a car that was a hybrid while I was clear about not wanting a car that was hybrid. Save your time and your sanity -- go check out one of the many other dealers in the LA area. This one has staff with an unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism. We've bought multiple vehicles from o many other dealers in the LA area. This one has staff with an unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism. We've bought multiple vehicles from other dealers and when visiting Volvo Culver City , the sales rep was rude and provided us with horrendous service because we did not book an appointment in advance. Not to mention there were no other customers, and all the car salespeople were chatting away in plain sight. The sales rep not only treated us as if we could not afford a car but she also was to busy having a romantic moment with her significant other in her office versus allowing us the time of day to discuss the price of the vehicle in a private space versus in the lobby. I called multiple times to speak to a manager and never got a call back. I even spoke with the GM and he assured me that the sales manager would call me back. I have yet to get a call back. They are supposed to be a Costco & AAA authorized dealership but don't waste your time, they are ruining the Costco & AAA customer service standards. I don't usually write reviews, but want to help any other person out there save their time and money. More

I just bought my second car from Culver City Volvo and I can't say enough nice things about how it went. I worked with Charlie ahead of time to get exactly what I wanted, and he surprised me and worked it o can't say enough nice things about how it went. Above and beyond and an all around great guy. Erick was super helpful too on my test drive - I'm an engineer so I had a lot of questions and he was so smart and knowledgeable and patient. Florin was great with me getting all the paperwork signed - Can you believe I showed up, traded in a car, and was out the door with my new one in an hour? I didn't know that was possible! Smart, efficient, and a kind dude. Anthony was my dude for helping me learn all the features of my beautiful new car. He made sure I was totally set up before I left the lot and was so great telling me about all the new gadgets. They've got a really great team at Culver City Volvo, I would definitely recommend you buy your next car there! More
