I just bought my second car from Culver City Volvo and I can't say enough nice things about how it went. I worked with Charlie ahead of time to get exactly what I wanted, and he surprised me and worked it o can't say enough nice things about how it went. Above and beyond and an all around great guy. Erick was super helpful too on my test drive - I'm an engineer so I had a lot of questions and he was so smart and knowledgeable and patient. Florin was great with me getting all the paperwork signed - Can you believe I showed up, traded in a car, and was out the door with my new one in an hour? I didn't know that was possible! Smart, efficient, and a kind dude. Anthony was my dude for helping me learn all the features of my beautiful new car. He made sure I was totally set up before I left the lot and was so great telling me about all the new gadgets. They've got a really great team at Culver City Volvo, I would definitely recommend you buy your next car there! More

Michael did a good job walking me through the process of buying the car. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. When it came to financing it was done easily and with much less paper work than I had anticipated. It's apparent that this dealership is striving for next level service and professionalism. Truth be told, I could have gone to any Volvo dealership in Southern California, but I chose them based on reviews. I had high expectations, and I went in having done a lot of research. They were gracious and helpful. I ordered an EV online and it took two months to arrive, no fault of the dealership. Unfortunately when I went to drive the car off the lot there was a procedure that was meant to be performed on the car that hadn't taken place yet so the car wouldn't accelerate more than 25 miles per hour. They resolved the issue immediately. More

Just picked up my car after an oil change., somebody used my car and drove it for 11.1 miles !!! I complained to my service advisor, his answer was " need to drive the car to make sure it was OK !! not for my car and drove it for 11.1 miles !!! I complained to my service advisor, his answer was " need to drive the car to make sure it was OK !! not for 11.1 miles ! Around the block, a mile or two is acceptable, not 11 plus miles !!! I suspect someone use it to run an errand, also left VERY strong perfume odor, so much that I had to air out the cabin. More
