Joshua provided customer service that was beyond. He pinpointed the issue with then brakes on my car, and had them serviced under warranty and in a timely manner. My new google system was glitching and my update wasn’t available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and gave me the latest software update. Part of the new update is displaying the navigation in the center, somewhat the same as my 2021 Pre-google car. I love the new update and my new car. Thank you David and Rudy for always taking care of my car. More
