Román was great. Rey, the manager was great. Michael in sales was a nightmare. He said he was going to set up a service inspection, have a loan car for me and meet Rey, the manager was great. When he quoted the price on buying out the lease, he included a 4000 dollar warranty program that he said was mandatory. The service manager told me it was not. When I originally leased the car, I test drove it and Michael accidentally set the car to single pedal drive. When I asked why the car was behaving so strangely, he said, "That's the way electric cars drive." When a sales associate feels free to give out false information this way, it makes the entire dealership untrustworthy despite there being many excellent employees as part of the team. More
