Salesman told me I could take the vehicle before my co signer signed documents, this was not true. Paperwork was not ready when I got there. I sat there for over an hour before I signed a single document. Salesman said I would receive a full tank of gas, I did not. Salesman said they would fix several very small things before I took the car and they didn’t. Tried to include a bunch of unnecessary very expensive add ons and they were presented to me as if they were mandatory. Just a pretty unpleasant experience. More

The customer service rep was excellent. The only thing is, I’m still trying to understand what service was done on my car for me to pay over $800.00 after I was told what needed to be done to fix the prob is, I’m still trying to understand what service was done on my car for me to pay over $800.00 after I was told what needed to be done to fix the problem. I let Luis know that I will take it somewhere else but like I said above, I was still charged $800.00 and my problem on my car was never fixed. I took it to my personal mechanic and it was fixed for $150.00. Luis told me that I could bring it back in 30 days but I already told him I didn’t need to bring it back because I could get someone else to fix it.
